Boxes you have not opened since you moved in, paint cans, broken tools, an exercise bike. We clear the whole floor and sweep it out, and most garages take half a day or less.
Smaller jobs are welcome. A packed attic, a spare bedroom that became storage, or a closet nobody has opened in years. Same minimum applies, same crew, same care.
Plenty of condo work across Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Naples. We book around elevator hours and HOA rules, protect the hallways, and keep the noise down.
This work needs patience more than it needs speed. We have done a lot of it and we know how the day usually goes.
When a family home has to be cleared, we go at your pace. Anything you want set aside gets set aside, and we will stop and ask rather than guess. We work with executors, attorneys and out-of-state family, and can send photos as we go if you cannot be there.
Moving to somewhere smaller means deciding what does not come with you. We take what is going, keep what is staying well clear of it, and never rush the decision. We are not a moving company, so we handle the part that gets left behind.
No lectures and no judgment. We can come in an unmarked truck if you prefer, work with family or a social worker, and take it in stages if that is easier. Everything stays between us.
Turnaround matters more than anything else here. An empty unit earns nothing.
Whatever the last tenant left, gone. We photograph the unit before and after so you have documentation for the file, and we can usually be there within a day or two of the call. We invoice, so you do not have to be on site to pay us.
Auction buys, abandoned units, or a unit you have been paying for out of guilt for three years. We empty it and leave it broom-swept so the facility signs off. Facility managers, ask us about a standing rate.
A price given over the phone is a guess, and guesses turn into arguments in the driveway. We come out, look at the actual job, and give you a real number before anything goes on the truck. The visit is free and there is no obligation. If you do not like the price, we shake hands and go.
Work is priced by how much room the load takes up in the truck. A few things move that number:
Single-item pickup starts at $125, and that is also the minimum for any job.
Get My Free EstimateUsable furniture and working appliances get sorted for donation where we can. Metal goes to scrap, green waste goes to a yard waste facility, and appliances holding refrigerant are handled separately because that recovery has to be done properly.
Chemicals and contained liquids. We can sometimes take these, but only with advance notice. They have to be sealed in a sound container, clearly labeled, and cannot be flammable or explosive. Tell us what you have when you book so we arrive prepared.

We stop and ask. Paperwork, photographs, jewelry and cash turn up in cleanouts more often than you would think, and none of it goes on the truck without you saying so.
Most are done in a single day. Larger properties or heavily packed homes can run into a second day, and we will tell you which one yours is at the estimate rather than partway through.
Yes, regularly. We can invoice an estate, coordinate with an out-of-state family member, and send photos as the job progresses.

Yes. We work 7 days a week, 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and weekends are often easier for cleanouts because everyone is home to make decisions.
